There are heaps of unique ways to get in shape with medicine balls, and plenty of free weight exercises that work just as well when you swap the weight for a medicine ball. Try using a medicine ball for burpees, weighted twists, lunges, and squats; you'll start to see results very quickly.
Unlike wall balls, our medicine balls don't conform to a 35cm consistent diameter. The ball size increases with weight, so users with smaller grips might find lighter, smaller balls to their liking.
Our medicine balls are evenly weighted across the whole ball. This guarantees that throwing and catching is always easy and safe.
