Efficient food output is further assured by its generous carriage capacity which allows for holding pieces of food up to 185mm in width.
The EuroChef is also equipped with the StaySharp System, a clever integrated blade sharpener for both sides of the blade with the touch of a button. For the safety of the operator the blade is protected by the ring guard and the large baffle serves a protective barrier.
