\nSandalwood is a light yellow oil steam distilled from the wood and heartwood of the 16 year+ aged trees. It has a smooth warm woody aroma that releases on the warmth of the skin and is therefore beautiful in both mens and womens skin and hair care. Suitable for all skin types it balances and soothes the skin. Anecdotally properties as an antidepressant, carminative, tonic, antiseptic and sedative. Effective in treating respiratory infections, dry skin, depression, and stress. Blends well with ylang ylang, mandarin, rose, and geranium.
